You can submit your purchase order by email at info@getmedonline.com or by fax at 631-995 5241. Your purchase order will be subject to verification before processing. getMedOnline.com will accept Purchase Orders with the following conditions:

• Your Purchase Order should clearly state the shipping and billing addresses.
• The Bill to address must be located in the United States or Canada. International Purchase Orders other than US and Canada can only be accepted with 100% pre-paid terms and the payment must be arranged by bank wire transfer. Please email us for more details
• Minimum purchase is $1,000.00 for Purchase Orders excluding shipping and sales tax (if applicable).
• A copy of the approved PO, signed by an authorized purchasing agent, must be provided.
• If your are a reseller or a tax exempt facility located in NY and would like to have your sales tax to be waived, please provide your resale or Tax Exemption Certificate with your purchase order. 
• Include provisions for shipping/freight (FOB Shipping Point or Prepaid & Add).
• For shipping purposes, please include your telephone number on all orders
