Return Policy

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

For the vast majority of our products, we offer a 14 day return policy. You can choose either an exchange or refund of the purchase price less the shipping costs. Some of our products may be subject to a re-stocking fee ranging from 10% to 25% based on the product manufacturer's return policy. Please contact us at 631-803 2694 to confirm the return policy on the particular product that you are willing to purchase.

EXCEPTIONS

  • We do not accept returns or cancellations for special ordered items.
  • We do not accept returns for replacement parts for any reason other than an error on our part.
  • Heavy equipment such as autoclaves, colposcopes, rotary evaporators, industrial ultrasonic cleaners (10gal and up), etc are subject to 15% re-stocking fee + original shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for return shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the order upon delivery, in which case the standard return policy for the item will apply, and we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund credit.

HASSLE FREE RETURNS WITHOUT REQUIRING AN RMA #

We have a clear and hassle free return policy. We don't require an RMA number for returns for most of our items. If you are not happy for any reason with the product that you purchased from our store, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund (*Exceptions apply). All you have to do is to contact us at 1-888-822 3336 or by email at info@getMedOnline.com. You are only responsible for the return postage. Please be advised that your return MUST BE be in brand new and resalable condition with the entire package content. If the item is not in the original condition or has missing items in the package, then there will be a 20% re-stocking fee. Your return requests must be made within the first 14 calendar days after receipt. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted. Please include preferably a copy of your order confirmation and the reason of your return with your item. Your credit will be processed as soon as we receive and inspect the package. 

*Some of the items we have on our website are not subject to our regular return policy due to the expensive freight cost. For such items, buyer is responsible for the original shipping charges (non refundable) and the return postage. A restocking fee will also be applied from 10-25% based on the product manufacturer's return policy.

HOW TO MAKE SURE WE CAN EXCHANGE OR REFUND YOUR ITEM:

  • Item must be returned in original packaging and in brand new condition.
  • Please don’t assemble or modify a product before returning. Otherwise, we may not be able to provide a refund.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE WRONG/DAMAGED ITEM?

Our shipping department prepare and pack every order with care in order to maintain a safe and secure delivery. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 5 business days. We will be more than happy to send you the missing parts or the replacement shipment as soon as possible. If you decide not to get the missing parts or a replacement unit, you can return the item for a refund which will be subject to our standard return policy.
