Shipping Policy

How Will My Order Ship?

Our website is setup with standard shipping only for domestic and international orders. If you need an expedited service for your order, please contact us at 1-888-822 3336. We may need to verify the product availability for your order to be shipped with the expedited service you need. Once we find out that the product can be shipped immediately, we can then get you a shipping quote and receive your order over the phone (excluding international orders). When your order ships, we enter your carrier and the tracking number to our system which then your shipment notification email is sent automatically to the email address you provided. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

Most of our products can be shipped with the standard shipping service which our website is setup with. But some of our products require freight shipment due to the heavy weight and large dimensions. For this type of products, we suggest our customers to contact us at 1-888-822 3336 with the product and exact shipping information so that we can get you an accurate freight quote.

Whenever possible, we ship most of our items via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. These companies provide the fastest, most reliable and cost effective method of shipping available for many items we have on our website. If you prefer to use your own Shipping Account, we will be more than happy to welcome that as well. Customers with such accounts who wish to use them should indicate so in a note with the carrier and account number when placing the order.

Truck Delivery for large items:

Some of our items on our website are too large and/or heavy to ship via UPS/FedEx, so they are shipped via Truck Delivery and sometimes even on a pallet. The truck delivery is different than standard UPS, FedEx, or US Mail. Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agent’s pick-up location, the agent will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Most truck delivery companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Upon receiving your delivery, please make sure that you inspect the package(s). Freight damage happens on less than 1% of all freight shipments. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, “Product Damaged” clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem, and your problem will be solved as soon as possible. Also be sure to count the number of pieces received that it matches the number on the sheet (Bill of Lading) of the driver before you sign. We will not be able to claim anything after signed received in good condition. 

How much Does Shipping Cost?

Our website automatically calculates shipping cost based on standard shipping algorithms. We reserve the right to make the necessary corrections due to an electronic error. If the corrected amount results in a higher shipping fee of over $10.00, in such cases you will be contacted for approval prior to shipment.

Truck Shipments:

If the product page says "Ships by Truck", then the normal shipping policy will not apply. In that case, we recommend our customers to contact us with the product and delivery information for your freight to be calculated correctly.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Lead Time:

Every product on our site has an estimated Lead Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse. We strive to be accurate with our lead times. For “in-stock” items every effort is made to process and ship in the same day the order is received. However, orders received after 1:00 PM EST time will most likely ship the following business day. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered as “business days”.

To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours while others require a longer lead time (e.g. 2-4 weeks). Each product page on our site includes the estimated Lead Time, "Ships Within: ________ ," to give you an idea how quickly your order will leave the warehouse*.

*International Shipments: Many of our suppliers refuse to ship the products internationally due to international distributorship agreements. For that reason, when we receive an international order, we have them shipped to our warehouse first. Once we have the product in hand, then we ship it internationally.

Transit Time:

For Small Parcel shipments, delivery usually takes between 1 and 6 “business days” after your order is picked up from the warehouse. For expedited services such as 3-day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air, your order's travel time is locked in to the given speed you select after the item leaves the warehouse.

Please note; all estimate delivery times are counted in business days only. Weekends and holidays is not considered a delivery day. So for example if you order on Friday and select standard overnight shipping, it will be delivered to you on Monday NOT Saturday.

For Truck shipments, delivery usually takes between 3 and 6 days from when your order ships. For residential deliveries, you will be contacted for an appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal. For commercial deliveries, no appointment will be made. If you need to make one, please contact us.

International Shipping: (Canada and Other Countries)

Shipments to Canada!

We usually ship to Canada with either United States Postal Service (Priority Mail), UPS and FEDEX International Standard (GROUND) which approximately takes about 5-10 business days (depending on the territory in Canada) for delivery after shipment.

Shipments to other countries!

You can also place orders on our website to the countries other than Canada. You will see the countries where you can place your order online at the check out process. If you don’t see your country listed, please contact us via email at info@getMedOnline.com with the item, quantity and the shipping address where you want it to be shipped to. We will reply your emails within 24-48 hours with the available shipping and payment options.

Lead-Time - The average delivery times that are posted on our website are only for orders that are shipping within the contiguous United States. Most orders shipping to Canada will increase transit time due to customs inspection and further distance from the supplier distribution centers.

Taxes & Duties - Taxes, duty and brokerage fees are NOT included in the shipping price and is the customer’s responsibility.

Returns - Unless otherwise noted, we accept returns on all orders that ship to Canada. All orders fall under our Standard Return Policy.
